Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues through code, network configurations, and ad server settings.
•Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for high-value accounts, ensuring zero downtime and optimal revenue performance from day one.
•Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to adapt monetization solutions to customer sites and apps.
•Translate complex ad-tech concepts into clear value propositions for non-technical stakeholders and guide customers through product adoption.
•Bridge customer needs with Product/Engineering teams, translating feedback into technical requirements to influence the product roadmap.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager)
•Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills
•Strong front-end web technologies knowledge (JavaScript ES6+, HTML, CSS) and experience with Chrome DevTools
•Experience with ad tech components or digital advertising stacks (GAM, Prebid.js, header bidding, GPT) is highly preferred
•Ability to diagnose complex integration issues, lead technical onboarding, and write/customize code and API integrations
