Job Summary

Partner with strategic customers to turn AI strategies and business challenges into Celonis solutions. Lead end-to-end Proof-of-Value (PoV) efforts—architecture, RAG, and guardrails—then prototype LLM/agent-based demonstrations during customer hackathons. •Understand customers’ AI strategy and business-critical challenges to find problem-solution fit and translate requirements into Celonis solutions.
•Prototype LLM/agent-based solutions during customer hackathons and enable a shift toward autonomous AI agents using the Celonis PI platform.
•Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value (PoV) projects, including architecture, RAG, and guardrails aligned to enterprise data and identity frameworks.
•Discover and frame value by building demos and business cases, running value assessments/PoVs, and communicating the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-level executives.
•Own the end-to-end customer value journey—landing through expansion—drive adoption/renewing, and feed insights back to product development teams.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software/SaaS deployment, ideally customer-facing in solution consulting, sales engineering, or IT/management consulting.
•Hands-on Python experience with AI building and consulting.
•Knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle) plus experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools and building dashboards, apps, and action flows; process mining experience preferred.
•Experience identifying business use cases, deploying improvement measures, and driving change while training users/process owners to realize value.
•Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines while communicating value roadmaps and results in English.
