Job Summary

Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) in Korea, from proposal and project setup through executive delivery. Develop fact bases through interviews and analysis, benchmark client performance, and deliver insight-driven recommendations. Partner with data science teams, present findings to clients, and support implementation when needed. Contribute to practice development and business development by identifying opportunities, enhancing offerings, and building thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop project proposals by clarifying objectives, scope, deliverables, and approach with clients and internal teams.
•Lead or support project setup, including contractual documentation, stakeholder engagement, interview planning, and data requirements.
•Build fact bases using client interviews, data analysis, and industry research; benchmark performance and identify gaps.
•Partner with data science teams to leverage advanced analytics and formulate practical, insight-driven recommendations using VCA methodologies.
•Design and deliver client presentations and support implementation where required; contribute to account planning and practice/business development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution with 7+ years of work experience after completing your degree, including at least 4 years in consulting and 2 years as a module leader (or equivalent).
•Strong experience in payments, digital innovation, corporate strategy, or business management.
•Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with strong intellectual rigor.
•Proven ability to leverage analytics to inform strategy and drive actionable insights.
•Business-level English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
