Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead an organization of Process Support Engineering managers and engineers, including performance expectations, development plans, and succession planning.
  • •Drive customer partnership by establishing trusted relationships, serving as the key technical interface, and leading escalations and strategic technical reviews.
  • •Enable adoption of new process technologies via demonstrations, evaluations, qualifications, and joint development activities.
  • •Guide complex problem-solving across yield, defectivity, productivity, process integration, and equipment performance during critical escalations and recovery plans.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Business Units, Account Sales, Technical Directors, R&D, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service to execute resource planning, operational excellence, and best practices.

Salary: USD 180,000 - 247,500

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
  • •10+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
  • •5+ years leading technical teams and engineering organizations.
  • •Experience supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing environments with strong process integration and semiconductor manufacturing knowledge.
  • •Proven customer-facing leadership experience, including managing technical escalations and complex problem-solving.
