PSS Analyst - THE NORTH FACE

Drive best-in-class digital merchandising planning and trading for the Retail Partner and Concession channel, aligned to the DTC strategy. Own assortment performance through inventory management and retail KPI tracking across DCs, optimizing coverage at product/size level. Partner with Buying, PSS, Sales Ops, and regional teams (Italy and GAS) to build yearly and seasonal merchandise financial plans covering revenue, COGS, discounts, margins, ASP, and units, and improve processes and tools.
