Key Responsibilities

  • •Be a key member of the Global Identity and Access Management (IAM) team focused on Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • •Operate and continuously improve the hybrid AD/Entra ID environment, including upgrades, incidents, and third-party integrations.
  • •Implement Zero Trust identity security capabilities such as SSO, conditional access, MFA, and privileged access.
  • •Build automation and agentic workflows for identity lifecycle, access requests, directory hygiene, and service account governance.
  • •Implement identity/access controls for agentic and non-human identities (service accounts, workload identities, machine credentials, AI agents) including provisioning, credential rotation, and lifecycle cleanup.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent professional experience.
  • •5+ years of hands-on Active Directory experience.
  • •2+ years with Entra ID / Azure AD in a hybrid environment.
  • •Strong IAM fundamentals including SSO, MFA, conditional access, federation, privileged account management, secrets/password vaulting, and Zero Trust principles.
  • •Hands-on scripting/automation skills in PowerShell (or similar) and practical AI tooling experience.
