Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build a Content Moderation Knowledge Library using RAG-backed corpora covering regulatory requirements and marketing rules.
  • •Own and tune the embedding search pipeline, including chunking strategy, embedding model selection, index refresh, and hybrid search.
  • •Lead Prompt MLOps by versioning prompts and running evaluation loops to improve generation quality using labeled production data.
  • •Own AI content compliance and generation platform APIs, defining contracts, managing versioning, and coordinating cross-team integrations.
  • •Design agentic critic validation streams using deterministic validators and LLM-as-judge semantic validators for compliance and substantiation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,800 - 286,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 6 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • •4+ years of experience in Python.
  • •4+ years of experience building and operating retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
