Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage projects from initiation through execution and successful completion, meeting timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, resources, risk assessments, governance frameworks, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, commercial, IT, finance, HR, and country organizations to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • •Support strategic business initiatives and integration projects, including integration of newly acquired businesses within the freight forwarding network.
  • •Support deployment of business systems and digital solutions (including TMS) and partner with operational teams during implementation for smooth adoption and effective change management.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations with proven project management experience in a complex international environment.
  • •Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, business integration projects, process improvement, and performance management principles.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills to influence teams at all levels.
  • •A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • •Fluency in English; additional languages such as German, French, or Dutch are an advantage. Willingness to travel 30-50% across Europe and globally as required.
