Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose issues and perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and determine root cause and corrective actions.
  • •Practice safe job practices and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed, including daily work orders.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and support training of lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Own the tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Provide superior customer service and demonstrate strong teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Have a high school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, with field service, maintenance, and repair experience preferred.
  • •Be able to meet physical requirements (move/stand/stoop/bend; lift up to 50 pounds) and pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check.
