Auto Adjuster (Mid-Level) – Experienced Non-Injury

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle moderately complex non-injury auto insurance claims through the full end-to-end process. Manage claim file ownership including liability determination, coverage review, damage evaluation, and documentation. Coordinate with internal and external partners to set expectations and resolve claims using proactive communication and digital tools. Support CAT response operations as needed and ensure compliance with state laws and risk policies.
