Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure corporate and branch facilities uphold EquipmentShare design and engineering standards.
  • •Execute multiple building projects under various deadlines and coordinate with in-house specialists and outside consultants.
  • •Aid the Architecture team in creating building environments that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, comfortable, and safe using knowledge of M/E/P building codes.
  • •Use Revit to create M/E/P designs and construction details, equipment schedules, one line diagrams, and schematics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or architectural) from an ABET-accredited program; master’s preferred.
  • •At least 6 years of professional experience, including commercial and industrial (PEMB) project experience; residential preferred.
  • •Knowledge of M/E/P building codes and the ability to apply, adapt, and manage execution of M/E/P standards.
  • •Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, plus experience with Bluebeam and Google Apps and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •PE required; strong independence, project management for multiple concurrent projects, and excellent verbal/written communication.
