Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and develop analog, mixed-signal, and custom digital blocks and provide full chip-level integration support.
  • •Build and tapeout PWF reticles and collaborate with the Scribe Build team to implement and review advanced packaging requirements.
  • •Engage in TSV build with HIG-HBM DTPCO teams to ensure electrical, thermal, and mechanical performance.
  • •Perform layout verification (LVS/DRC/Antenna checks), quality control, and maintain documentation.
  • •Plan, estimate area/time, schedule and delegate work to meet project milestones, and guide less experienced team members.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of analog/custom layout experience in advanced CMOS processes across multiple technology nodes (Planar, FinFET).
  • •Expertise with Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphics Calibre DRC/LVS for physical verification.
  • •Hands-on layout experience for critical blocks such as temperature sensors, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, bandgap, reference generators, charge pumps, current mirrors, and comparators.
  • •Strong understanding of analog layout fundamentals including matching, electromigration, latch-up, coupling, crosstalk, and IR-drop.
  • •Ability to manage multiple layout projects with strict quality checks and communicate effectively with global teams.
