•Lead development and integration of information management, change management, strategies, cost imperatives, and deployment plans to meet multi-year business goals.
•Prepare and refine business cases and investment proposals using quantitative analysis, scenario modeling, and qualitative risk assessment.
•Deliver executive-ready presentations and decision materials to senior leadership and governance boards to obtain commitment and funding.
•Coordinate cross-functional reviews and alignment across fulfillment, supply chain, manufacturing, program management, quality, engineering, and more to define scope and secure approvals.
•Establish management system data flows, drive issue resolution to closure, mentor less-experienced analysts, and standardize tools and processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 118,150 - 159,850 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
•10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, program control, financial planning & analysis, sourcing strategy, or related roles.
•5+ years operating at a senior/senior-analyst or director-level capacity driving cross-functional decision-making and approvals.
•5+ years building and defending multi-year business cases, approval packages, and governance-ready decision materials.
•5+ years in strong data analysis and modeling skills (including Excel), plus business intelligence/visualization experience (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
