•Manage the consignment drop-off experience, setting expectations for process and valuation.
•Review and catalog luxury items for shipment to ensure they meet TRR quality standards and handle consignor inquiries to maintain loyalty.
•Maintain boutique standards through merchandising and replenishment, and support store opening and closing procedures.
