Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Design/Engineering, Test Equipment Development, and Program Offices to ensure testing meets requirements.
•Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including factory test procedures/instructions, workflow/routing, labor standards, tool and fixture designs.
•Work with Test Development engineering on new or existing test hardware and software.
•Provide technical support to testing of production hardware and maintenance of test equipment, and assist with process troubleshooting.
•Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis as required and drive continuous improvement using CORE principles and data-driven decision making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM)
•Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
•2+ years experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
