Job Summary

Support store objectives by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining designated sections and store zones. Process sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately across payment methods, keep shop floor and cash desk areas tidy, and organize stockroom operations. Acknowledge customers promptly in person and by telephone, develop product knowledge, stay updated on promotions, and follow SOPs, store audits, and health & safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain responsibility for one or several store sections, ensuring neat and attractive product presentation.
•Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately across all payment methods.
•Keep housekeeping standards high on the shop floor and cash desk areas, replenishing and tidying throughout the day.
•Acknowledge customers promptly and provide quality service both face-to-face and over the telephone.
•Organize and arrange stock in the stockroom efficiently and develop product knowledge while staying informed about promotions.

Key Requirements

•Excellent customer service skills to enhance the shopping experience and meet customer needs.
•Strong organizational skills to manage stockroom and shop floor responsibilities.
•Effective communication skills for engaging with customers and team members.
•Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required by the schedule.
•Previous experience in fashion retail or excellent customer service is preferred.
