Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead initiatives with Product and Design to ship and iterate on AI-enabled product experiences that improve patient engagement and outcomes.
  • •Partner with the ML research team to bring AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and build them into an agentic framework.
  • •Improve the physician-facing care platform and integrate AI tooling to increase physician efficiency and clinical capability.
  • •Architect scalable backend systems, including health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise client integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of building production software, ideally including 2+ years at a startup or growth company.
