Job Summary

Lead Lime’s hardware and city tech product organization, defining what we build and why across physical and digital vehicle experiences. Own the multi-year roadmap for next-generation vehicle platforms, fleet upgrades, and TCO reduction, while overseeing global technology pilots and key program execution. Partner closely with engineering, GR, operations, UX/research/design, and finance to deliver scalable, compliant, city-ready innovations—with periodic travel to San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the multi-year product strategy for next-generation vehicle platforms and future mobility modes, partnering with engineering on the supporting architecture.
•Lead a team of product leaders across workstreams (next-gen vehicle platforms, existing fleet upgrades, TCO reduction, and city problem-solving technologies).
•Oversee the strategy and execution of global technology pilots and vet new vehicle tech in real-world environments before scaling.
•Partner with engineering leaders weekly to go deep on key programs, inspect project progress, solve problems, and make quick decisions.
•Represent hardware and city-tech solutions in RFPs and with city officials, translating technical capabilities into clear value propositions, while aligning roadmap with government relations to secure permits.

Travel: Low travel
