•Next-Gen Tech Evaluation: Ensure our tech stack is built to scale in an AI-first world and own the evaluation of our GTM technology.
•Analytics: Design, build, and maintain the analytics infrastructure that tracks performance across the GTM ecosystem.
•Strategic Insights: Provide key insights and recommendations on strategic decisions.
•Vibe Coding & Automation: Act as internal GTM Engineer, leveraging AI tools to rapidly build, iterate, and deploy automated workflows and integrations.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales to identify bottlenecks and deploy data-backed solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in technical Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Systems, or with a heavy emphasis on analytics and workflow automation.
•Proven ability to design, build, and maintain analytics infrastructure for GTM performance.
•Strong engineering mindset with experience building complex business logic and automated workflows.
•Advanced integration experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware (e.g., Zapier, Clay, Workato, Tray.io).
•Deep CRM/GT M tooling expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot, Unify, Clay, n8n) and willingness to adopt new technologies.
