Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive FOS product strategy by using consumer and distribution insights to guide product and marketplace management decisions.
  • •Develop and direct seasonal merchandising plans including range architecture, segmentation, lifecycle, pricing, product range, and store layout.
  • •Plan, brief, and manage the product creation process with the creation team to deliver competitive products for special channel growth.
  • •Manage seasonal business planning, including sell-in targets, margin, sell-out achievement, and other key product financial targets.
  • •Run business tracking/reviews using DNA and MicroStrategy, manage required systems/files (Master Range File, HUB, DMT, RMA), and collaborate cross-functionally to align seasonal assortment strategy.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in range management and product required.
  • •University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Sporting goods industry experience required.
  • •Fluent in English.
  • •Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel (Pivot), and PowerPoint; willing to travel up to 20–30%.
