Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute BXCI’s growth strategy in Japan, including originating new opportunities.
  • •Manage existing investments and participate in fundraising from new and existing clients.
  • •Screen, analyze, and structure investment opportunities, frequently leading client and internal meetings, negotiations, and due diligence.
  • •Analyze and model credit opportunities across multiple product types, preparing presentations and memoranda on investment opportunities and financial strategies.
  • •Facilitate structuring and execution of funding and securitisations, including managing business risks using interest rate swaps and foreign currency forwards.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong academic track record.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • •Strong English communication skills.
  • •Prior buy side, investment banking, securitisation, or other relevant experience with 8+ years and demonstrated acquisition and financing transaction experience.
  • •Experience working effectively in a team-driven working group with sound judgment and demonstrated excellence.
