Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage open- and/or closed-ended real estate funds in coordination with portfolio management, accounting, legal, capital markets, and investor relations to improve performance, monitor risks, and ensure compliance.
  • •Prepare quarterly fund reports, investor presentations, and strategic communications with performance metrics for funds, investments, and investors.
  • •Support fund balance sheet and liquidity management including investor flows, financing activities, capital planning, and forecasting cash flows.
  • •Refine and maintain fund models and analytical tools to evaluate performance, debt covenants, valuations, and provide actionable insights.
  • •Oversee day-to-day workflow for Hyderabad team counterparts (training, quality control, and efficiency opportunities) and pursue operational improvements using AI, prompt engineering, and process automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-Related (preferred).
  • •2-4 years of experience in real estate investment or private equity.

  • •Experience with JV/investor waterfalls, trial balances, and GAAP financial statements.
