Supervisor, Flight Training Records and Qualifications

Lead the Pilot Records team within Flight Training & Standards, providing operational leadership, coaching, and workflow oversight. You’ll standardize and document training and administrative processes, manage pilot and instructor qualification tracking, and ensure records updates across the Training Management System (TMS) and Flight Operations System (FOS). Serve as an audit point of contact and collaborate with Flight Operations, AQP, Safety, and scheduling to keep training completions fully aligned with FAA regulations and program requirements.
