Key Responsibilities

  • •Align HR strategies to support business goals by assessing HR needs and implementing solutions that drive organizational excellence.
  • •Design and deliver competitive compensation programs, including analyzing market competitiveness and supporting manager decision-making.
  • •Support ethics and employee relations by developing training modules and improving key processes and audits.
  • •Help with recruiting by supporting campus recruiting and improving recruiting/marketing efforts and the internal intern program committee.
  • •Contribute to talent development by developing and implementing learning and development strategies to meet business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or Liberal Arts.
  • •Minimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA (or higher).
  • •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively across different functions.
