Job Summary

Support TI’s global Human Resources team through hands-on projects spanning business HR generalist work, compensation, ethics and employee relations, recruiting, and talent development. You’ll collaborate with leaders across the company to help ensure TI has the talent and capabilities needed to win in the semiconductor market. The program is designed to expose you to multiple HR functions in one summer internship.

Key Responsibilities

•Align HR strategies to support business goals by assessing HR needs and implementing solutions that drive organizational excellence.
•Design and deliver competitive compensation programs, including analyzing market competitiveness and supporting manager decision-making.
•Support ethics and employee relations by developing training modules and improving key processes and audits.
•Help with recruiting by supporting campus recruiting and improving recruiting/marketing efforts and the internal intern program committee.
•Contribute to talent development by developing and implementing learning and development strategies to meet business needs.

Key Requirements

•Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or Liberal Arts.
•Minimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA (or higher).
•Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively across different functions.
