Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the monthly planning cadence, including schedule updates, risk management sessions, financial reconciliation, Contract Status Report generation, and Earned Value Management reporting.
  • •Develop and manage complex programme schedules in MS Project, ensuring accuracy and alignment with programme objectives.
  • •Analyse project data (critical path, earned value, Schedule Risk Analysis) to forecast outcomes and support decision-making.
  • •Reconcile financials and reschedule past-due tasks while providing cross-functional financial reporting.
  • •Facilitate risk management sessions and support gated lifecycle management processes; provide SME mentoring to more junior PMO team members and promote best practice adherence to Eaton processes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in PMO or project planning roles.
  • •Strong planning and scheduling expertise, including proficiency in MS Project.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) with familiarity with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
  • •Ability to analyse project data such as critical path and earned value to forecast outcomes and support decisions.
  • •Engineering/manufacturing experience is preferred.
