Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments for multiple products within safety guidelines.
  • •Characterize hardware using techniques and define methods to apply new technologies for hardware characterization on complex systems.
  • •Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations, technical reports, and process engineering specifications.
  • •Develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects and interpret data and new methodologies to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • •Interact with customers to resolve complex process engineering issues and select/work with vendors and suppliers as needed.

Salary: USD 147,000 - 202,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Requires specialized depth and/or breadth in Advanced Logic and/or Memory processes.
  • •Collect, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments across multiple products within safety guidelines.
  • •Perform hardware characterization using defined methods and techniques, and define methods to apply new technologies for characterization.
  • •Generate internal/external documentation including presentations and technical reports, and develop process engineering specifications.
  • •Demonstrate functional knowledge across Logic, DRAM, NAND and working knowledge of CMOS, and apply troubleshooting skills to resolve complex process issues.
