Job Summary

Carry out preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance for plant electrical equipment in NEOM, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Diagnose and repair electrical equipment, interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and protection schematics, and coordinate isolation and maintenance activities with the Electrical Supervisor and Operations team. Maintain accurate maintenance records, support annual outages and overhauls, and uphold strict HSE, quality, and 5S standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance in line with maintenance procedures and safety standards.
•Troubleshoot, diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical equipment used in power and industrial plant operations.
•Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and protection schematics.
•Install, inspect, service, adjust, and repair static and rotating electrical equipment.
•Support plant shutdowns, annual outages, and overhauls while maintaining maintenance records and 5S and HSE compliance.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Skilled Electrical Labor within NOMAC plants.
•Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar role.
•Preferred bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
•Experience with electrical maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques.
•Awareness of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems, including knowledge of LOTO, electrical safety, and safe work practices.
