Key Responsibilities

  • •Support coordination of material movement to ensure smooth, fast, and precise material flow.
  • •Perform proper goods receipt including administrative steps, sampling, and forwarding to QC.
  • •Book stock and non-stock material in SAP and maintain relevant inventory information.
  • •Label and store containers, pallets, and returns per SAP requirements; pick deliveries and load trucks with proper load securing.
  • •Clarify inventory discrepancies, execute plan-vs-actual checks, and comply with transport regulations, EHS, quality, and logistics standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training as warehouse logistics staff (Lagerist), specialist for warehouse logistics (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik), or a comparable qualification.
  • •Valid forklift operator license and practical experience with front and high-bay trucks.
  • •Experience in warehouse and logistics, especially goods receipt, storage, and shipping.
  • •Knowledge of handling chemical products and dangerous goods.
  • •Knowledge of SAP and MS Office, and willingness to quickly learn additional simple software programs.
