Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) across project planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to define project requirements and deliver key planning outputs including scope of work, delivery resources, cost estimate/budget, cash flow, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Run proposal and procurement evaluation activities including RFPs, bid analysis, and leading evaluation interviews to recommend resources.
  • •Implement communication plans and project documentation governance, ensuring accurate, timely, and coordinated project documentation and advising project resources in real time.
  • •Supervise project progress vs. goals, approved budgets, and timelines; report status/variances; implement action plans, change management routines, and risk mitigation/contingency plans.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree and at least 6 years of related experience in industry trends and project management/construction best practices.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) to complete role administrative tasks.
  • •Ability to analyze sophisticated information, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple close deadlines.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, be on site regularly during project duration, and be flexible with non-traditional hours.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills with self-management and initiative to prioritize multiple tasks in a robust environment.
