Oversee daily warehouse operations for Home Box UAE warehouses in DWC, ensuring efficient inbound, putaway, picking, outbound, returns, and workshop activities. Manage warehouse SLAs by coordinating with retail and delivery teams, improve customer/store experience through feedback, and drive productivity. Own manpower planning, monitor warehouse technology adoption, implement supply chain KPIs/projects with key stakeholders, and conduct audits to ensure HSE compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily warehouse operations (inbound, putaway, picking, outbound, workshop, returns/replacement) to improve productivity.
•Manage SLAs and coordinate with retail/delivery teams to sustain performance and respond promptly when targets are not met.
•Ensure best internal customer/store experience through store feedback.
•Implement and maintain manpower planning across warehouse activities and monitor technology adoption.
•Plan and implement overall supply chain strategy with the Territory Logistics goal, define KPIs/projects with stakeholders, and conduct regular audits for HSE compliance.

Key Requirements

•Strong ability to negotiate and work effectively with stakeholders to meet operational targets.
•Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
•Advanced Excel and strong MS Office skills for reporting and operational tracking.
•Experience using Power Query and Power BI, with familiarity with Python and SAS for data analysis.
•Strong decision-making skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
