  • •Develop and promote service business to generate profitable revenue and expand service offerings, including component rebuilds, welding, service contracts, and rental maintenance.
  • •Lead and manage competency center employees through hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation aligned with company policies.
  • •Implement and organize service procedures for structured, efficient activities, including warranty handling, failure analysis, and safety compliance.
  • •Supervise and support technicians in the field and at the service center to ensure performance and clear expectations.
  • •Coordinate aftermarket employees and manage service resources, facilities, and compliance with safety/environmental standards and Regional 5S guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred: Bachelor of Science in a related discipline; or minimum 5 years of practical related experience in mining or construction equipment.
  • •Prior experience successfully leading teams of employees.
  • •Strong mechanical/technical background to resolve issues and reason through root cause analysis.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical materials including blueprints, hydraulic schematics, electrical/circuit drawings, and regulations.
  • •Valid/active driver’s license and ability to maintain required MSHA and site safety training certificates.
