Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with equipment installs, including testing.
  • •Create and modify equipment procedures.
  • •Increase tool uptime through systematic problem-solving and high-quality repair work, documenting maintenance in established check sheets and tracking programs.
  • •Monitor, analyze, and address SPC issues daily, including responding to SPC out-of-control events.
  • •Maintain communication with the Lead Tech and/or Lead Engineer about tool and area issues while following shift responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years semiconductor equipment maintenance experience; vacuum systems experience would be a plus.
  • •Basic to intermediate knowledge of AC/DC circuits, electronics components, and fundamentals of electricity.
  • •Understanding of physics principles and semiconductor equipment/processes; ability to apply SPC principles.
  • •Basic knowledge of test and calibration equipment such as oscilloscopes (O-scopes), multimeters, and DMMs.
  • •Flexible with shift assignments, including night shift, and ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off).
