FSSC Accounts Payable Junior Specialist (IN)

Process accounts payable activities for vendor invoices and expense claims, including review, verification, and coding to the correct GL accounts and cost centers. Perform 3/2-way matching for goods invoices, reconcile GRIR and monthly vendor statements, and investigate discrepancies such as price/quantity and missing invoices. Coordinate with stakeholders and approvers to resolve issues and support weekly payment proposal and bank payment uploads.
