Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to and drive the people agenda for the sector/function and translate it into tactical planning for own group.
  • •Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, monitor compliance, and advise business on policy application.
  • •Facilitate the People Plan process in close collaboration with the business.
  • •Create and connect HR interventions tailored to business needs, aligning HR expertise and People Services within the global HR framework.
  • •Act as a sparring partner to management teams, coach managers on behaviors and performance, and manage workstreams within organization design and change management programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree or higher with a major in Human Resource Management/Development, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, Sociology, or Psychology.
  • •Minimum 12–15 years of HR experience.
  • •At least 3 years of HRBP experience familiar with HR core processes such as performance management, talent management/development, organizational development, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, HR compliance, and employee relations.
  • •Experience contributing to HR projects or initiatives is an advantage.
  • •Southeast Asia work experience is a plus.
