Universal Banker (Hastings, GB, TN34 1HW)

Provide first-point customer service in a branch, owning customer needs and delivering an exceptional experience. Educate customers on HSBC digital services and fraud awareness, identify customers in vulnerable situations, and support more complex banking needs to ensure financial inclusion. You’ll work with a Branch Customer Service Team, receive full in-branch training over 9 days, and contribute to a positive, helpful customer experience.
