Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance and support to line managers on formal and informal employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances, and absence management.
  • •Assist or participate in formal ER matters where appropriate, such as disciplinary hearings and investigations.
  • •Advise on employee experience topics including morale, employee recognition, engagement, and communication.
  • •Prepare and maintain documentation for ER actions and update policies in line with employment law changes.
  • •Monitor and report patterns of employee relations concerns to HRBPs, contribute KPIs to monthly HRBP reporting, and support change management programmes and restructures.

Key Requirements

  • •CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
  • •Extensive employee relations experience with strong customer focus.

  • •Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Ideally experience using HR/recruitment systems.
