Job Summary

Operate stretch blow molding machines and lift equipment to produce and inspect rigid-plastic PET containers. Perform routine machine inspections, cleaning/lubricating and tightening, apply SPC methodologies for machine adjustments, and identify out-of-spec production. Pack containers, stack cartons, and complete quality and safety documentation while maintaining GMP and Food Safety/SQF compliance. Work a rotating bi-weekly schedule and may step in as a Packaging Technician as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Start and stop stretch blow-molding machines to produce quality rigid-plastic containers.
•Perform routine inspections, cleaning & lubricating, and tightening of machine assemblies.
•Inspect containers using test equipment, statistical quality methods, and visual inspection techniques.
•Pack containers into boxes/cartons to production-line speeds, stack cartons into 4 ft. units, and manage held/ out-of-spec production.
•Maintain GMP and Food Safety/SQF compliance and safely operate lift trucks; assist in changeovers and fill in as a Packaging Technician when needed.
