Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 286,400 - 326,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related fields (or related MS plus specified Applied Research experience).
  • •Hands-on experience developing AI foundation models and solutions using open-source tools and cloud computing platforms.
  • •Deep understanding of AI methodology foundations and experience with large deep learning models (e.g., language, images, events, or graphs).
  • •Expertise in one or more areas such as training optimization, self-supervised learning, robustness, explainability, or RLHF.
  • •A track record of delivering models at scale and contributing through first-author publications or applied research projects.
