Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide postpartum doula support to insured clients in California.
  • •Partner with Loula as an independent contractor within a non-exclusive network.
  • •Use Loula’s referral/doula matching program and Care Navigator introductions to connect with clients.
  • •Deliver exceptional postpartum care while Loula manages insurance verification, billing, and payment.
  • •Participate in the onboarding process by completing the interest form and screening questions when qualified.

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of doula experience with 3 letters of recommendation, or 16 hours of birth/full-spectrum doula training plus attendance at 3 births as a doula.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •If you don’t yet have CPR, HIPAA, liability insurance, or letters of recommendation, you can still reach out for support setting them up.
