Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of the AdiClub membership program in Colombia.
•Develop and implement loyalty initiatives to improve member acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
•Manage and continuously optimize the member lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement campaigns, and reactivation strategies.
•Analyze member data and behavior to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital, CRM, Retail, and E-commerce) to ensure consistent and high-quality member experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Proven experience in loyalty programs, customer engagement strategies, or membership-based initiatives.
•Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to manage and interpret data to drive decision-making.
•Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
•Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and business actions.
