Operate packing and palletizing equipment to package finished products according to customer specifications. Inspect products for quality defects, document per product requirements, and perform minor machine adjustments as needed. Meet daily production and quality goals while following safety, GMP, and ergonomic standards. Maintain clean work areas, record production, and communicate shift-change updates to support continuous improvement.

•Operate machinery to pack and/or palletize product, including palletizers, strapping machines, and wrapping machines.

•Operate and complete minor adjustments to packing equipment such as box loader, inserter machine, and strapper.
•Maintain safety and GMP compliance, report unsafe conditions, accidents, and near misses.
•Maintain production records and communicate production information at shift change; clean work area and return tools at end of shift.
