Key Responsibilities

  • •Track and manage key event and experience workstreams, ensuring deadlines, owners, and milestones are documented and maintained.
  • •Build and manage project plans for events and experiences from kickoff through delivery, including cross-functional dependency coordination and risk/blocker escalation.
  • •Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • •Organize agendas and talking points for weekly meetings; use AI tools to capture notes, decisions, and action items; draft executive-facing recaps and follow-ups.
  • •Support event planning processes (timelines, templates, facilitation), synthesize inputs into priorities/capacity views, and manage intake triage, prioritization, and backlog visibility.

Key Requirements
