Key Responsibilities

  • •Enhance electrical engineering capabilities by testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies and/or electro-mechanical systems.
  • •Use hands-on troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues during production, testing, and integration.
  • •Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering disciplines to achieve/document concurrence and close production/test issues.
  • •Provide technical oversight and direction, including cost estimation, tracking & reporting, and preparation of detailed technical team reports and proposal support.
  • •Work within a shift-based onsite production environment, with less than 10% annual travel and 1st shift scheduling.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
  • •Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to the start date; U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •Ability to work independently and with a small technical team while providing technical oversight and direction.
