Job Summary

Lead field engineering activities across offshore and onshore construction and installation, providing conceptual and practical guidance to improve engineering deliverables and resolve complex technical issues. Serve as the main technical point of contact, supporting customers and project teams within specifications and standards. Review technical documents post-award, develop mitigation plans, coordinate with internal departments, and help prepare bid, scheduling, and installation documentation to keep work on track.

Key Responsibilities

•Review technical project documents after contract award to identify discrepancies and tender method statement deficiencies.
•Attend bid interviews and participate in global management reviews.
•Develop plans and allocate resources to complete engineering deliverables on the agreed schedule, monitoring progress to prevent major issues or delays.
•Create and validate installation documentation, procurement and fabrication materials to ensure accuracy and contract compliance.
•Prepare bid/technical clarification materials, bid evaluations, and related schedules/cost inputs, coordinating with other project teams and subcontractors.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
•7–9 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with major contractors or consultants.
•At least 2–3 years of operations and field engineering experience.
•Thorough knowledge of Excel spreadsheets with macro commands.
•Knowledge of MS Project scheduling software and Auto CAD.
