Lead Data Scientist, AI Enablement (Remote)

Own the AI and machine learning powering AI products, from framing business and product problems to choosing approaches and building/evaluating models across classic ML and LLM-based systems (RAG, agents). Set standards for evaluations, guardrails, and prompting across LLM deployments, champion data science best practices, and mentor data scientists. Partner closely with engineers and stakeholders to take projects end to end and recommend what to build next.
