Job Summary

As a Prada Group Outlet Client Advisor in Istanbul, you will welcome and guide luxury clients, uncover their needs, and translate brand philosophy into unforgettable shopping experiences. Key Responsibilities

•Act as a true brand ambassador, leveraging the human touch to create a welcoming and inspiring environment that drives client engagement and brings the brand’s values to life.
•Be a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, fostering open and constructive communication to ensure consistent exceptional experience and a positive working environment.
•Demonstrate leadership behaviors, showing adaptability to the needs of the business.
•Place the Client at the center, providing an excellent service and meeting their needs and requests in line with the client journey.
•Be driven to exceed individual sales targets and KPI goals while maintaining the highest quality of sales and client service.

Key Requirements

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Fluent spoken English expected.
•Passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and peers; curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion.
•Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is a plus.
•Ability to work in a team and also independently to deliver outstanding client service.
