Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage business unit subject matter experts to explore potential opportunities and provide holistic advice for assigned client relationships through cross selling and identifying client needs
  • •Execute and submit client account servicing activities (wires/fund transfers, opening/closing accounts, maintaining records, document imaging, and researching client issues)
  • •Communicate with relationship management and NCSS teams to obtain information needed to execute requested activities
  • •Handle paying/receiving activities, cash transactions, and daily balancing while following WM Lobby Banking Operations policies and procedures
  • •Assist with safe deposit box maintenance/servicing, mentor other personal bankers, and provide deposit area expertise; support audits and escalate issues to management

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of related experience
  • •Knowledge of banking operations, products and services (preferred)
  • •Knowledge of federal regulations and banking guidelines (typically acquired through related work experience or formal training)
  • •Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills to research and resolve requests and manage competing priorities
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently and in a team
