Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic cloud architecture and technical governance leadership, defining roadmaps, standards, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
  • •Lead landscape lifecycle activities and transformation initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery testing, major changes, and adoption of SAP S/4HANA and Clean Core principles.
  • •Proactively identify and manage risks, critical issues, and escalations, driving preventive actions and coordinating timely resolution with customers and internal teams.
  • •Drive automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable operations and measurable outcomes from cloud investments.
  • •Deliver fixed-scope, proactive, outcome-based services across the SAP software stack for Sovereign Cloud customers, supporting client lifecycle management.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of hands-on SAP Basis experience (required) across implementation and steady-state scenarios, including operating systems, databases, networking, disaster recovery/HA, and technical architecture knowledge.
  • •7+ years of SAP technical administration and operations experience.
  • •Experience with the SAP RISE methodology and SAP migrations.
  • •Experience with SAP HANA and Linux environments (5+ years), highly valued.
  • •Customer-focused technical leadership with strong problem-solving skills, escalation management ability, and trusted stakeholder relationship building.
