Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage movement of raw and finished materials, storage, production scheduling, and inventory control, including transportation, distribution, and logistics.
  • •Train, develop, and evaluate staff; coordinate performance management and ensure annual goals are completed and communicated.
  • •Provide supply chain, warehouse, materials management, and logistics leadership, including departmental budgeting and project deliverables.
  • •Lead cross-functional programs/projects, manage progress against schedule/budget/output, and coordinate with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
  • •Develop and execute local/global SML initiatives and long-term plans, including OGSM and benchmarking of SML topics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • •5+ years of SML or related experience, with 3+ years supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • •Project leadership experience preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of modern manufacturing, material flow, and improvement strategies (e.g., ELS, continuous flow, cellular).
  • •Working knowledge of financial systems and applicable computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes).
