Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct research and analysis of emerging fraud trends, attacker methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • •Define and drive a fraud-focused product strategy aligned to domain goals and company direction.
  • •Own fraud controls across transactional fraud, document fraud, and behavioural anomalies, including abnormal behaviour detection across customer journeys.
  • •Design real-time and pre-authorisation fraud controls, including step-up, blocking, and friction strategies based on risk signals.
  • •Partner with Operations, Compliance, Data Science, Security, and Engineering to translate control gaps and regulatory requirements into product requirements and delivery plans.
